Service Delivery Excellence:
Deliver exceptional service, meeting operating agreements, SLAs and KPIs.
Drive process compliance and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with clients and managers to implement new procedures.
Maintain safety programs and implement improvements in collaboration with the Safety Manager and client.
Client Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships through proactive communication and strategic collaboration.
Analyze performance data to identify process improvements and solution opportunities.
Stay informed about clients' businesses, industry trends, and market dynamics to strengthen relationships and inform decision making.
Employee Engagement:
Foster high engagement through redeployment, upskilling, recognition, and communication.
Proactively communicate safety policies and updates to employees.
Provide performance feedback, coaching, and guidance to contractor.
Lead Generation:
Identify growth opportunities through strategic relationships, communication, and consulting.
Work closely with recruiting to match top talent to client needs, driving increased revenue.
